While these shows do have value to educate people on the real dangers of trying to
‘domesticate’ wild animals or of the cautions one must put in place whenever there is
a possibility of any encounter with a wild animal (on land/air/or sea)…………I still would
love to see more ‘mom and pop’ shows about the precious pets we love.
Who must I contact to recommend a smart. talented and beautiful veterinarian who already has her own small cable t.v. show (in a foreign language), and whom I’d like to ‘mentor’ into stardom, by supporting her in having her own English speaking show on Animal Planet?

Hi Rosalind,
While I’m not an industry expert, I think you might try emailing some producers of shows you like (Animal Planet network or otherwise) – you could prepare a 30-sec pitch of your idea or a short montage of your stars show on youtube & send various producers a link.
If you get a show, let me know & I’ll do a “10 Best…” on it. How cool will that be? Pretty darn cool.
